Our Refund/Cancellation policy

If there is a reason behind you being unhappy with any product and wish to exchange it, we will be happy to do so. For all the goods, we acknowledge returns made within seven days from the date of receipt of the product. After seven days of delivery, none of the complaints regarding exchange would be entertained. We don't offer refunds.

For all products, we accept returns made within seven days from the date of receipt of the Product. After seven days of delivery, complaints regarding exchange cannot be entertained.

The products should be unused and in the same condition you received them, it should be in their original packaging with all labels/tags intact.

No exchange or return will be accepted for products on Discounted Sale. All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Returns will not be accepted for any previous exchanges or in cases where vouchers have been used.

Return of products to Perfumes partner

To initiate a return, just follow these simple steps-

  • Call customer care @ +971-561378275 or email us at info@Perfumespartner.comwith the order details. Pack the merchandise in the same box with all tags, labels, stickers and original invoice.
  • You will receive a call back from us within 24 working hours of your request with the requisite return details, and you have to courier the product back to us.
  • Once we receive the shipment, the product goes through a quality check and exchange will be initiated only if the product(s) are in the Proper stipulated condition.

Refund policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 Days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation of orders

Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
